Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Indian markets are trading in the peril of red, as the Nifty is down over 150 points, falling below the 25,350. The Sensex index is down close to 600 points, taking the overall tally below the 83,000 mark. Some of the biggest losers include Bharti Airtel, HCL Tech, Jio Fin, Tech Mahindra, Wipro and TCS among others.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty has started from where it had left off, as it continues to extend the cuts. The 50-stock index is down close to 200 points, falling towards the mark of 25,300. The index has slipped to a 50% retracement of the recent rally. The Nifty index has lost over 500 points from the October 30 high of 26,032.
In levels to watch, the Nifty is exactly at the 38.2% retracement of its recent rally, which comes to 25,524.
Furthermore, some of the biggest losers among the Nifty 500 stocks are Amber Enterprises, Action Construction, PG Electroplast, Latent View, Caplin Point, Bharti Airtel, and Sapphire Foods, among others.
As we move the final few laps of the Q2 earnings season, Bajaj Auto, Trent, and Hindalco are the Nifty names reporting results today, along with Divi’s Laboratories, Kalyan Jewellers, Petronet LNG, NALCO, Torrent Pharma, Gujarat Gas, among other names.
