Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty index has gone past the resistance point at 25,900. The index is now trading with gains of 50 points, trading above 25,900. The Sensex index is also trading with a gain of close to 200 points, taking the index to 84,600. Some of the biggest movers at the bourse include Asian Paints, Hindalco, Tata Steel, IndiGo and Bajaj Finserv, among others.
Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: After going past the resistance mark of 25,900, the index is now surging further. The Nifty index continues to find some resistance at 25,900. The Sensex index is also down nearly 100 points, falling below the 84,400 mark.
Amid the volatility, Asian Paints stocks are trading from where they had left yesterday’s trade, with the company stocks extending gains to over 4% in today’s session.
The Nifty is finding some resistance in the 25,900 – 26,000 band and Wednesday’s high of 25,933 will be the first important level to watch on the upside.
In the last heavy day for earnings this season, companies like Eicher, Hero, LG Electronics, NSDL, Voltas, PG Electroplast among others will be reporting results. Earnings reactions from Tata Steel, Cochin Shipyard, Data Patterns, Afcons Infra, KNR Constructions, PNC Infratech among others will also be seen.
