Stock Market Highlights: Indian shares finally snapped their three‑day winning streak as benchmark indices slipped into the red, with the broader NSE Nifty50 sinking below 25,700. Broad-based selling pressure dragged all 30 Nifty stocks lower, led by steep declines in Hindalco, Eternal, Bharti Airtel, BEL and SBI Life.

Stock Market Highlights: Indian shares finally snapped their three‑day winning streak as benchmark indices slipped into the red, with the broader NSE Nifty50 sinking below 25,700.
Broad-based selling pressure dragged all 30 Nifty stocks lower, led by steep declines in Hindalco, Eternal, Bharti Airtel, BEL and SBI Life.
The benchmark BSE Sensex tumbled 504 points to 83,314 while the Nifty lost 133 points to settle at 25,643. Weakness extended across sectors, with IT, midcaps and banks also underperforming.
