Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: 2026 is here, and the Indian markets seem to have carried on from where they left off in yesterday’s trade. The Nifty is up over 60 points, rising towards the 26,200 mark. The Sensex is also up, rising above the 85,400 mark with an uptick of close to 200 points.
Here, for Nifty, the 26,200 – 26,250 range, which continues to act as a barrier, will be important to watch on the upside.
The Nifty Bank index is also on the rise, with the banking index rising above the 59,000 mark with an uptick of over 100 points.
Adani Total Gas, TRIL, Blue Dart, Adani Power, Indus Tower, Granules, Chalet Hotels and Chola Holding are among the gainers among the Nifty 500 stocks.
